Returns & exchanges

Where is my return?

The return process begins as soon as your return package is on its way back to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether it has been accepted or declined. This typically takes up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking shows as “Delivered”. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Is it possible to exchange my item?

We currently do not offer exchanges. To get the item you'd like, please return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Can you assist with a damaged product?

We’re sorry to hear you received a damaged item. Please email a photo of the damaged product along with your details to infokamimilano@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a resolution. Please note, items damaged beyond the 45-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

What should I do if the item is faulty?

Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect within 45 days of purchase. After 45 days, items are regarded as having normal wear and tear rather than a fault.

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipment from our warehouse.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package's progress.

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery from the date of shipment.

Can I update the address on my current order?

Once an order is placed, KAMI MILANO begins processing it immediately, and changes or cancellations are typically not possible.

However, if your order has already shipped and you need to update the address, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Keep in mind that altering the address or shipping method may delay delivery and could result in additional fees, which the customer will need to pay directly to the carrier.
