SHIPPING METHODS

We offer free shipping on all orders.

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

Economy - Delivery in 4 to 7 Business Days via UPS/USPS
Standard - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days via UPS/USPS
Express - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS
Priority - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via UPS

Please expect a processing time of 2-3 business days for orders placed with standard shipping.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy. Please note transit times will vary.

Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order through the Shipment Notification email(s), the Order Confirmation page, or click here.

If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you may receive more than one Shipment Notification email.

If there is no tracking activity or movement on the carrier’s page for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer support.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand that carrier issues and delays can occur. Sometimes, carriers may mark a package as "Delivered" when it's still out for delivery and will complete the delivery within the next 4 business days.

If your order shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it after 4 business days, and you've checked the area around your delivery address, please contact Customer support for assistance.

Please note, KAMI MILANO is not responsible for missing packages marked as delivered. If you believe the package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

We currently do not offer reshipment or exchanges, and any missing items will require a new order to be placed with the refunded amount.

If tracking information shows no activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to Customer support for further investigation.

CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER?

KAMI MILANO orders begin processing immediately after submission and generally cannot be modified or canceled. However, if your order has already shipped and you need to update or correct your address, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Please note that changes to addresses or shipping methods can delay delivery and may incur additional fees, which are the customer's responsibility to pay directly to the carrier.

Here are the specific instructions for our carriers:

UPS (Domestic Orders):

To update your address, create a free My Choice UPS account: UPS My Choice.

USPS (Domestic Orders):

Use USPS Package Intercept to make address changes: USPS Package Intercept.

DHL (International Orders):

You can change your delivery address, reschedule your delivery, request collection from a ServicePoint, or place your shipment on vacation hold via the On Demand Delivery site.
