PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed based on item availability and payment approval. During peak times, product availability may change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday and ship within 2-3 business days.

Some products may require longer processing times, which will be indicated on the product and cart pages.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page with an estimated ship date.

Please note that full payment will be charged at the time the order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, please contact Customer Service.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order items are available.

We cannot split orders to ship in-stock items first. If you prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and available items.

ODER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you will receive a separate email notification for each one.

TAXES

As required by law, we charge and collect taxes on products based on the tax laws of the shipping or delivery location.

At checkout, the estimated tax amount will be added to your order total.

Please note that this estimated tax may differ slightly from the actual tax due, as it depends on factors such as the origin and destination of the items, as well as varying tax rates.

UPDATING ORDER

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or updated as it begins processing immediately.

If you'd like to add an item to your order, please place a new order for the additional item.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once your order is shipped, we are generally unable to make changes or cancel it. Please contact our Customer support to reassure whether there's any possibility to cancel your order.

During peak periods, there may be instances where orders are canceled due to inventory selling out.

If your order is canceled, all charges will be refunded automatically. We recommend placing a new order or signing up for our waitlist for the sold-out item.

For your security, we take extra steps to verify the details of your order.

If you receive a cancellation notice, please contact Customer support for further assistance.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be updated once an order is placed.

We will only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase.
