We accept returns of new, unworn, and unwashed items within 45 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with all tags and liners attached. Items without tags must include the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, including prepaid credit cards.

• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, except for customers in the European Union, who retain the right to cancel and return within 14 days.
• Online orders can be returned via mail.

• Once you have submitted your return request online, you will receive a Return Authorisation email containing a pre-paid express returns label from our partner carrier.
• To drop off your items choose from 40,000+ GLS drop off locations across Europe. Find your nearest GLS drop off point here.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been issued. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
• Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
• All returns are subject to a €8 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at KAMI MILANO’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 45 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to a KAMI MILANO gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
